STANDARD FIRST AID BLENDED LEARNING

(1 day course with a maximum occupancy of 16 students)

A comprehensive course for those who need first aid training as a work requirement or for students who wish to be prepared for emergencies in their personal lives. This is a Canadian Red Cross course that is recognized by Provincial Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.

This course offers you an online option for taking part of your first aid training at your own pace. This online portion must be completed prior to the practical/in-class portion of the course. The practical/in-class training that takes 1 full day, teaches the student how to apply practical first aid skills.

Participants will receive an email from the Canadian Red Cross telling them how to set up their Red Cross profile. Once logged in, participants will find their online course by going to “My Profile” and selecting “My Online Courses”.
(Blended Learning Course must be paid in advance of online portion being available)

100% attendance, skills demonstration, and 75% min. passing grade on written exam

3-year certification in Standard First Aid /CPR C/AED
